The packaging is the usual clean, simple but high quality of the Body Shop. A plastic bottle which you can see the conditioner through so you always know how much you have left, with a flip top lid that fastens nice and tight.

It's a fairly thick textured conditioner but it's consistency is smooth and creamy enough that you don't need to use much at a time as it spreads easily over the hair. I was quite worried that the scent would be a bit off-putting, but it's just a fresh, natural, green scent, almost herbal, and is quite pleasant.

It does take a while to rinse out of the hair, but so do most conditioners that are any good. Once it's all rinsed out my hair feels silky smooth. When it's dry it feels really soft and manageable, but without that heavy, weighed down feeling that conditioners can give my fairly fine hair.

My hair is definitely a lot softer and smoother after using this, and if I leave it on for 10 minutes as a treatment then the results are even better. My hair is left looking super-shiny and so sleek and smooth, without being greasy or feeling dirty.

All in all I think this is a very good conditioner.
