Double the trouble!
If you have wild uncontrollable hair, that refuses to obey your sytling commands, get a grip! Literally, with these two products!!
It's not often that I find myself giving more than 3 dooyoo hearts to TIGI but when you combine these two products to create the results you want with a discount for buying two at the same time, what's not to love?
The two products that work together and advertised here is:
THE MAXXED OUT HAIR SPRAY- £.9.30[ yes 30p!]
HARD TO GET TEXTURISING PASTE -£9.15[ who thought of the 15p?] Suppose it all adds up. I paid 2 for £15.
You need to begin with the paste first, this is a hit and miss simply because it tends to weigh the hair down. Although it says paste and you think it may be tough its more like a gel, it's incredibly stringy and sticky.
The scent is gorgeous and the results on its own? It is good but not great.
For me this did not hold all day and actually left my hair looking limp and unwashed. Too little it won't hold and too much leaves it weighed down for me it was too much to try to figure out what I need compare to other products, it didn't have those results.
So with a whole product not going anywhere quickly I talked to the hairdresser, they said a hair spray would work to help manage the hold, even though that is what it is meant to do, I found this helped me style the hair better it helps you create better partings and definitions. It can also make hair appear thicker.
The hair spray was excellent in the fact that you don't need much, it is very effective in keeping in place the hold you have created.
I tried this without using the paste first and it was effective however the paste really helps the hold and difinition of the look you want.
Together, these are fantastic and worth the investment. I found with the hair spray it held off the limp look and greasy- opps I've applied too much gel look.
