Searching the freebie sites I found sachets of shampoo for free so I asked for timotei golden highlights, it duly arrived in the post ion a brown envelope. I opened the brown package and a golden item dropped out it was my single wash sachet of Timotei golden highlight shampoo. I usually keep these sachets for when I am staying away from home for the weekend, but when I washed my hair. I felt I needed a little brightness in my life so tried this sachet.

The writing on the sachet assures me that there are visible golden highlights, sun effect; yes I liked the thought of sun kissed hair. . This shampoo contains extract of camomile flower. I know camomile flowers are supposed to lighten things.
So I wet my hair under the shower opened the sachet, (you might need scissors I used my teeth) the shampoo I squeezed onto my hands was a pale shiny golden colour, smelt nice not over flowery just a pleasant clean smell.

I lathered it into my long mid brown locks. It gave a good lathering and felt nice and creamy. I then washed my body before I rinsed it out under the shower. I did not get any in my eyes but if you should just rinse it out with warm water.
Right out of the shower and dried. I combed quickly through my hair to get any tangles out and let my hair dry naturally, I prefer to do this. When my hair was dry I brushed it. My hair felt good no tangles felt soft. But was my hair golden? Well I think it was maybe a little lighter it certainly was shiny. , So will I use it again, yes I think I will, I have read that continuous use help build up the golden highlights in your hair shall have to buy a bottle this time.

Timotie is produces by Laver Faberge. This shampoo is available in a golden curvy bottle at about 1.68 for 300 mls. When I next need a shampoo I think I shall buy this may make me feel summery and sun kissed Thanks for reading
