Advantages: Bargain price, works really well
Disadvantages: None
I bought this along with another from the same range when I was after a cheap shampoo and spotted it on a half price offer in Tesco, making it just £1.16 for a 400ml bottle.
It comes in a golden yellow plastic bottle, which is opaque so you can't really easily tell how much you have left. It has a flip top lid which does fasten securely for in the bathroom, but perhaps not tightly enough to take travelling with you and not have to worry about spillage.
The shampoo is creamy colour with a golden shimmer to it, and quite runny in texture. I find it can be quite difficult not to get too much out of the bottle because of how runny it is, it just comes out too fast. It does have a nice texture to it though, is easy to work through the hair, and lathers up nice and quickly.
It creates a lot of lather from just a small amount of the shampoo so it's really not necessary to use a lot in one go. The lather is really fine and soft and it feels lovely on the hair and scalp as you massage it through the hair. It has a nice subtle camomile scent to it which is lovely and fresh.
After washing with this my hair feels squeaky clean and smooth, and once dried it feels amazingly soft. It feels soft, smooth and frizz-free, and it looks really healthy. I was quite surprised at the instant difference it made to my blonde hair, making it look lighter and brighter. My hair looks and feels great, and it even seems to have given me a little bit more volume and improved the overall texture of my hair, and this is without the use of a conditioner.
I'm really impressed with this shampoo and for such a low price I'll be stocking up and using it for a long time.
Summary: Fantastic value
