Advantages: Good shampoo at a good price

Disadvantages: none

I was looking around for a change to my normal hair shampoo when I came across Timotei Shampoo Reviving Cherry Extract & Cotton for Coloured Hair. It was £1 for a 400ml bottle in Tesco - normal price £2.32 so I decided to give it a try. The packaging attracted me with its picture of cherries at the centre of the bottle, which looked good enough to eat!

The shampoo has a lovely creamy texture which felt good on my rather dry coloured hair and a small amount of the pretty pink cream soon worked into a good lather. The perfume definitely has hints of cherry and overall is very pleasant leaving my hair smelling really nice. My hair also felt more moisturised than normal which was good as it really needed a pick me up!

I'm not sure exactly what the "cotton" was meant to do but it didn't cause any harmful results.

I would certainly buy this shampoo again at the higher price as the bottle is large and is lasting a long time, however at £1 per bottle I might just stock up now!

Summary: Buy now while still at £1!
