Stuffed up my colour (Toni & Guy)

HI,
I frequent a Toni and Guy every 6 weeks for colour all around the world as i travel alot. I was very dissapointed with the service i received at a soho branch in London. The Colourist who was actually the manager of the store refused to listen to my requests constantly telling me how much experience he had etc etc.. so when i saw the colour wasnt what i had hoped for i told him that i thought it was a bit patchy to which he responded "go home and see how you feel about it" I was tired after sitting for 3 hours and just wanted to leave so when i went to pay and they had added 40 pounds onto my original quote i was very upset, apparently it had something to do with the special colour they had used, which i of course wasnt told about. So 100 pounds poorer and unsatisfied i left.
I have had better communication and understanding of my needs with the staff of Toni and Guy in Japan who dont even speak
english. Very poor work!!
