Disadvantages: bad customer service not very freindly people and my hair wasnt cut the way that i wanted it.

Hi i went to tony and guys for the first time today thinking that they were a very good hairdressrs with a very good service of hairdressing when in actual fact i was wrong. I went in today they took my bag and coat from me and told me to have a seat while i wait for my hair to be washed. So i wated and then the hairdresser asked me what i wanted done with my hair so i had brought 2 pictures in from a hair magazine and said that i wanted my hair just trimed at the back and styled at the front . This was not done i also asked for a long side fringe to be put in and i got a very short one which i ament happy about at all.They have taken about 4/5 inches of it and im just not happy about it at all so im going back in today so that they can fix it for me because to be honest with you my hair wasnt in the best of condition but i loved having it long. I am a natural red head and i am trying to grow the brown out of it but that does not give them the excuse to take that amout of hair off and to give me a hairstyle that i did not ask for. So i am just hoping that they fix it today or there are going to be some very nasty problems for them. In my opinion i would never ever go back to tony and guy for another haircut and i would not recomend anyone to go there.

Summary: bad service, never cut my hair the way that i wanted it done and very rushy
