I'd like to add that its not just Canary Wharf branch that are very unprofessional and unfriendly.

I went to the Canary Wharf branch for a simple wash and blow dry, and found the staff very cold and the level of service from their top stylist not to the standard of a top stylist.

I have since visited two other branches, the most recent one being Ilford, where i went in to enquire about a certain product and it was like I was extracting teeth. I also received exactly the same cold and un-inviting service as I did at the Canary wharf branch. I have now come to the conclusion that Tony & Guy go out of their way to employe unfriendly, stuck up individuals that have no people skills.

Summary: The level service provided by staff is not what you would expect form a highly publicised salon
