Disadvantages: Poor customer service

I have exactly opposite experience with Toni and Guy in Swindon. My appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before it was due. When I arrived and wanted explaination a member of staff told me that my hairdresser called in sick and it's not their problem that she called in too late!!! What customer service! Not only were they rude enough they also pulled faces and treat me like a total s..t Just for the record, I would be happy just with "we are very sorry about your appointment, can we fit you in any other time" would make it a lot more easy and professional. So it's for sure they will not see me there again!!!
