I totally disagree with that womens remarks about Toni & Guy Durham. The staff i have always found to be of an excellent standard and i have nevere= had any prblems. To imply that they would singe her hair on purpose is outrageous, i have been going since it opened any know pretty much all of the staff and know that it would never happen, i conclude that the lady had extremely dry hair and it was all snapped anyway so she should of had it cut off at the time.

As for the hideous receptionist, i have personnaly saw the lady on reception and her hair is fantastic and shows the professionalism that toni & guy want to portry to there customers. Just because one customer who clearly has no style has an opinion on it should reflect on the class that the salon has obtained over the years. Toni & Guy Durham has won several awards over the years since it has opened and its staff has also won several presigous awards at various ceremonys in the hair dressing industry.

If the customer had such a problem with toni and guy then why did she even contemplate going back in the first place. It seems that the problems started in toni and guy watford so you would have thought that she would not want to go back to a top class salon and take advice from the stylists if she thought they were so incompetent to give her what she was asking.

As you may have guessed i have always been most impressed with the staff and the finished result when i have visited the salon and therfore totally disagree with the comments that this unclassy, unfashionable womens opinion.

The salon should not be judged on the persons opinion and you should only use your own experience to make a decision on whether or not to visit toni & guy durhamn and hopefully you experience will be as good as mine has always been.
