Advantages: nice hair colorist

Disadvantages: bad haircuts, bad attitude from stylist & mgr, even after colorist said I was right

re Towneast location/Mesquite Tx Went in for color & to have back pc of my hair that had grown really fast, trimmed. End w/good color and my collar length swing bob being destroyed. Told them I wasn't going to pay for cut, only wanted trim, stylist said she understood what to do, then apologized after fact for not understanding. Mgr/George begrudgingly blow dryed & trimmed an uneven area, said all he could do. This cost me $104., I left, went to Supercuts, for $10 they fixed screwup, but I still have 3-5" of hair gone, it's my b.day & I'm pissed off. How dare they chg for that hair massacre!!!

Summary: 50yr old w/16yr old haircut style due to incompentant stylist & salon mgr
