Advantages: Accommodating and operate frequent late night openings and special offers

Disadvantages: Staff feel quite 'regional' - no reflection on ability but reflection on atmosphere

I just love the Toni and Guy salon in Wolverhampton! They always manage to fit you in, always greet you with a smile and always do a great job! Very welcoming and down to earth, and they actually listen to what you say you want - a revolution in hairdressing!! The staff are perhaps not quite as 'polished' as you might expect from an 'up-market' salon, but that has absoloutely no reflection on their ability... and they do late night opening - perfect!!

I go out of may way to visit them at the Wolverhampton salon and would highly recommend the trip to Wolverhampton to anyone in the West Midlands region - it's worth it!
