Advantages: Headmasters is just a few doors down!

Disadvantages: The hairdressers have such boring lives they turn to gossiping about customers for some excitement!

This is a review about the appalling service I received at Toni & Guy Putney over the weekend. I have been a customer at this branch for over a year now and have never in my life been made to feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed at a hair salon.

There was a discrepancy regarding information that had been relayed to me over the phone while booking in for a colour and finish.

An arrogant and extremely rude blonde South African lady claiming to be the 'Manager' ( one would only hope that someone in such a position would be educated enough to know that the word Manageress exists) made me feel rather uncomfortable while discussing prices. She was rather unexperienced and clearly needs to take a few courses in customer relations and manners! She then went back to the front desk (where I happened to have a friend who I brought along to recommend to the salon) only to be overheard gossiping at the front desk infront of customers and my friend and saying rather rude and hurtful things about me!

On leaving the salon with no 'finish' I was informed I would receive a £10 discount, which as far as I am concerned is insulting for the way they treated me. I will never return to Toni & Guy salons due to the unproffesional manner of the staff towards Paying Customers.

To conclude, this appalling unprofessional unacceptable service has lost you my custom, my partner will also not be returning and my friend will definitely not consider your salons as an option. We will instead go a few doors down to Headmasters where they treat paying customers like hum beings.

Summary: Worst Service I've ever received as a paying customer in my life!
