Toni and Guy Bolton have been a trusted friend over a number of years now. I felt the need to provide a response to this fashion for 'blog bashing' companies. Miss Princess, along with others, speaks of a single experience. Did any of you actually express your concerns, or did you expect the stylists to be clairvoyant?

I too have been unhappy with my hair in the past but have had the decency to mention it and I have found the Bolton salon to be professional in dealing with my concerns. As a result, I am a most loyal client and take exception to the type of criticism that has been levelled at the salon.

One should never forget that communication is a two-way thing! On my first visit I found the environment to be a little daunting/intimidating. But that is the way with the high end fashion outlets - I feel exactly the same walking into Selfridges. However, the staff have shown themselves to be professional and welcoming and as a result, I feel at home each time I walk in.

Chill out crazy kids!!!

Summary: Great for 'open-minded' people. Not so great for 'fault-finders'!!!
