Advantages: ???? cant think of any! i guess i read a good magazine which i brought with me(didnt get offered 1)

Disadvantages: moody stylist, unfriendly, bad service, hair dryed by a trainee, didnt listen to what i wanted

Terrible. i visited the toni and guy salon in horsham west sussex to have a full head of highlights. i talked the colour through with one of the "senior stylists" and showed her pictures of what i wanted blah blah blah. I explained that i wanted a natural looking soft blonde colour. When i had it dried by a TRAINEE :O, i saw she had put streaks of dark brown through my hair! It now has a grey appearance to it because of the mixture of the bleach colours and the dark brown! AWFUL! and i ended up paying GBP100 just for highlights no cut or anything.
The lady was so unfriendly aswell. Hardly spoke to me and when i asked her questions she answered abrubtly and was often rude. Service was awful-didnt even get offered a drink!! For a salon of such a high reputation i was appalled!
Would not recommend the salon to ANYONE!!!
