Disadvantages: the fact they open the door for business every day

Worst hair cut ever! The words "knife", "fork" and "4 year old nephew" come to mind! I have very straight hair which may take some precision to cut...surely that is why Toni & Guy hairdressers are trained for so long though?! Maybe they should specify customers with curly hair only are welcome?! The minute this man started cutting my hair I knew he was awful..he had no confidence and how he handled my hair felt all wrong..he should not be allowed near a pair of scissors as far as I am concerned. I felt like I was his first ever client...it turned out he had been there for 5 years!! I had to have the Director re-cut my fringe...he kindly threw in some shampoo as some way of an apology, but in my mind having spent about £130 on a cut and colour this was pretty poor. He offered to cut my hair again in 4 weeks to help re-shape the disaster, but frankly...I am never going back, free hair cut or not! Tony & Guy have lost the reputation they once held years and years ago. They are two a penny hairdressers who rip you off. I would rather cut my own hair than go back to one of their salons now. Avoid like the plague!!
