I have had my faith in customer service given back to me after a visit to TONI&GUY Stafford. I had an appointment on Thursday for a colour and cut. The welcome into the salon was very warm and friendly and within seconds the polite girl had taken my coat, sat me down and got me a coffee. I was impressed and the woman sitting next to me laughed and asked if it was my first time? I said yes for me but mot my wife, She replied it's great here!

Not having a clue what I wanted but knowing what I didnt want, the staff looked after me spent time listening to me and making sure I was informed about my service all along the way!

Watching my haircut evolve in front of me was a wonderful experience I could see the years falling away!

Well done Toni&Guy I am an extreemly happy customer and I have a happy wifey too!
