Advantages: excellent stylists, different levels of stylists, helpful and friendly

Disadvantages: a little pricey

Having visited various hairdressers in my time, I'm now 29 and have been searching for a salon that would listen to what I wanted and tell me when it just wouldn't suit my face shape or colouring.

I decided that I would visit Toni & Guy as it had a good reputation, I went to the Chester salon and had a free consultation regarding colouring my hair, I found the technician to be honest and helpful, I also liked the fact that their were colour technician and stylist and not stylists that did both.

I found some of the stylists in this salon to be a little abrasive so I was delighted when a Toni & Guy salon opened in a town closer to me.
I really can't knock the treatment, colouring and cutting that this salon offers me. They are up with all the recent styles and receive continual training throughout their time at the salon.

Okay the prices are a little steep but I would prefer to spend that little bit extra to get a cut and colour that I liked and left my hair in good condition.

The good points are:

- Airy, bright salon
- Friendly, helpful staff
- Honest enough to tell you when you are being unrealistic about a hair cut or colour.
- Doesn't feel like a chore to have your hair cut.
- Choice of different levels of stylist

Bad Points:

- Slightly Pricey.

I would definately recommend this salon to everyone.
