I wanted to comment on Toni & Guy, I think they are amazing and provide excellent service. I live in Toronto Ontario Canada and last week I went to Toni & Guy for the first time. ( I had gone for a consultation a few weeks before I went for my cut) The day I went for my cut and style was my prom, so that was a special day for me and I would not just trust anyone to cut my hair. My best friend had also cut his hair there with the same stylist I would have (now do) So here is my experience. I went in and checked in with the receptionist and she was very nice may I add, she helped me put on the robe and even tied it up for me. I went to sit and talk with my stylist and I showed him a picture (it was the style that we had decided on when I had my consultation) and he said great and we just decided that my hair would be super straight for the night. I went and got my hair washed and I got a massage which was nice especially since the day before I had done my last exam and after all that studying my brain was fried.

Okay now down to business.
I went to sit down in the chair and my stylist noticed I was a bit nervous but he really helped me calm down and I felt better. he was really sweet and incredibly nice. He did an awesome job cutting my hair, I did make a leap with my new style becuase I hadn't changed my style in 6 years. I had my bangs pushed off to the side and he only trimmed the ends off, I then had layers cut around my face, which I must say I love so much. My hair is still long, the longest layer in the back is a couple of inches shorter than before.
After my cut was done he straightened my hair and when my friend who had come down with me saw it he was in total shock (he had left the salon for a bit ) his jaw looked like it had dropped to the floor. He said I looked totally different which was the goal and he said I was beautiful and stunning.

When everything cut and style were complete I got to see it all in the mirror th
e front and back of my hair and I was totally in shock and amazed at just how great I looked. I did not look like me, I looked so beautiful and I was in shock that I could look that way. I was totally nervous in the beginning but for what? My stylist was amazing and took great care of me and really enjoyed his work and paid attention to every detail. The staff there were incredibly nice. Do I recommend the salon? Yes. I used to be very worried about having my hair cut and would often get nervous, but when I went to Toni & Guy and met the staff and my stylist I felt comfortable and they made me feel comfortable and that I was someone special. One more thing the amount of compliments I got on my new look were incredible!
