I have been a regular customer at Toni & Guys Stevenage for 10 months I insisted on the Style Director as I wanted a really good cut, all I wanted was an inverted bob, I still havent got the style after 5 cuts and the finished style I have is an abortion! too short, uneven sides and totally messed up back, so short I could not get it rectified! its looks a total mess and I'm sure that an unqualified recruit to the trade couldnt have done a worse job, its going to take months to grow it back so that I can go to a decent hairdresser and attempt to get the style I want, at £43 that was the added insult to injury! NEVER AGAIN!!

Previously been to Toni & Guy at a different branch for several years, stylist left then I saw an advert at the Wilmslow branch for haircut and colours by qualified trainees, not one to take risks with a trainee, qualified and toni & guy were the plus points, as well as the sign saying you can have what you want done. Hi I have an interview at toni and guy next week and am so nervous!! can anyone tell me how the training works there? I am already qualified and am hoping to go in and do cutting rather than colouring but have been told they send you away on a training course is that true? x

I visited the Toni & Guy in Putney recently to have highlights done. I just love the Toni and Guy salon in Wolverhampton! They always manage to fit you in, always greet you with a smile and always do a great job! I have been completely screwed by Toni and Guy. I have thick, naturally wavy (messy) hair that I have to straighten every day, and even then, it's still big. I have used Toni and Guy all over the world and it has to be said their service in the UK is very very inferior to anywhere else. To a traveller, Toni and Guy are technically a boon because in theory, you can be assured of a relatively decent hair cut - but not in the UK.
