I would happily recommend this shampoo to anyone who colours their hair. I dye my hair red, as you can imagine it is a colour that fades easily. This shampoo maintains my colour and prevents it fading better than any other shampoo I have tried. I find that when using the shampoo my hair stays reader for weeks longer than any other shampoo.

I find that my hair is left feeling and smelling clean and fresh. It does not look oily or greasy after using the shampoo and my hair always looks silky. The only downside to this shampoo is that it doesn't really provide a lot of nourishment. I use the conditioner that goes along with the shampoo and find that i need to use something more nourishing on the ends from time to time.

On the plus side the shampoo last my ages, you do not need a lot to give you a good lather and I find that one wash rather than two does the job great. I would recommend the shampoo to anyone with normal, coloured hair, who wants to maintain their colour for longer while keeping their hair healthy
