Nice smelling, but not much heat protection (Tresemme Heat Defence Styling Spray)

Advantages: The smell, leaves your hair smooth

Disadvantages: Doesn't provide that much protection

I straighten my hair everyday, so I'm always trying to find new products that'll provide the maximum protection for my hair!

The instructions say that you can use it on wet or dry hair, so I first tried it on my hair after I got out the shower (before I blow dried my hair). The first thing I noticed was the nice smell, it's quite sweet smelling, and isn't unpleasant at all. I did notice that it made my hair slightly smoother than usual, which I was pretty pleased with.
I also used it again after my hair was dry (before I straightened it) to provide even more heat protection, and yet again it made my hair even smoother.

Yes it did make my hair smooth and nice smelling, however, now I have been using it more and straightening my hair quite a bit more too, I have started to notice that I have been getting really bad split ends! So it doesn't seem to be protecting my hair that much...

I've tried SO many different ways of trying to protect my hair from the heat, but nothing else seems to be any good either!

It hasn't provided that much protection, but I'm now on my 3rd bottle! It smells so nice, and does leave your hair so much smoother, that it's worth it!

The spray bottle is really easy and comfortable to hold, and lasts for about 4 to 5 months even though I use it everyday!

Overall, this isn't the product for you if you're after maximum protection from the heat, but it's worth it for smoother and nice smelling hair :)
