A few years ago when I started straightening my hair, I never used anything to protect it!!! When I think back now I dont know how my hair survived it. So after deciding I needed to start protecting my from blow drying and straightening - also my hair is highlighted too!!!! I decided to go for Tressemme Heat Defence Styling Spray after reading many good reviews about it in magazines.

It is priced at £3.98 for 300ml. Pricey you may thing, but a bottle really does go a long way. And that is from experience of using it everyday. Also, the shops usually have offers on eg, 2 for £5 or BOGOF. I usually wait for these offers and then stock up. I am nearing the end of my current bottle and it has lasted me well over 6 months.

It claim to help to protect hair from damage while blow drying and heat styling. Contains a heat activated complex to help protect hair when drying and straightening. Helps prevent hair becoming brittle and dull. It really is true what it says on the bottle. I really does protect your hair from all of the styling we do nowadays. My hair always feels lovely and soft and looks really shiny after I have blow dried and straightened it. I could not live without this product now.

Summary: Brilliant product, that does what is says on the bottle and more.
