Advantages: Worth the small price for less frizz

Disadvantages: Hair gets a little duller

Like most of the Tresemme products, this leaves your hair soft and very smooth, even after battering it with a hairbrush and dryer. It is worth spraying quite a lot on, because it tends to settle on the top of your hair, and so the bottom layers get neglected. Alternatively, you could spray it on the hairbrush and so it gets directly applied to wherever you want. I use it every day, before straightening my hair, and it lasts for a long time. It makes my hair have a lot more volume than if I don't use it. The only disadvantage is that I find it makes my hair duller if I dry it from already dry hair rather than wet hair. After a lot of uses as well, it feels as though I have almost clogged up hair, and so I don't use it for a little while. So generally it makes your hair softer but less shiny, but with more volume.
The value for money is very good, I would buy it any day, as a just-in-case for a frizzy hair day, as it reduces frizz a lot. My sister, with naturally curly and frizzy hair, started using it after she saw it on the shelf in my bathroom, and now swears by it, not just as a protection spray, but for after washing your hair, and combing through with it.

Summary: Worth it, definately.
