Advantages: light on hair, helps protect from heat, protects shine.

Disadvantages: none at time of writing.

Tresemme Heat Defence Smooth styling spray is, in my opinion, really worth using. I use my hair straighteners alot, and yes, I do worry about the damage that I must be doing to my poor hair. I have tried lots of similar heat defence products, but find that many of them tend to weigh down my hair and make it look lank and dirty - even after just washing. I was feeling stuck in the middle - knowing that I should use heat protection products, but hating the way they made my hair look - particularly after achieving lovely glossy locks from an expensive shampoo and conditioner combination.

I have tried product and product and this Tresemme defence spray is one of the best out there and is a good price. I don't find that this spray weighs down my hair as some do, and it leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny, whilst still manageable.

Summary: One of the best heat defence sprays on the market for the price.
