Disadvantages: None I can think of...

I wash and blow dry my hair every day and i'm very conscious of the fact that all that blow-drying can't be doing that much good to my hair, so I always use this product. I have tried other heat protection sprays (such as the Tony & Guy one) but always return to Tresemme as it doesn't make my hair feel sticky, is great value for money and lasts absolutely ages!

The bottle is nice and big (much bigger than some other brands) which means that a bottle lasts me months - and that's with using it every day! The packaging/bottle is quite unexciting but looks quite professional in my opinion (it looks like the sort of thing they have in salons when you go to get your hair done) and the spray mechanism is quite chunky and feels substantial as you spray your hair with it.

The product has a nice smell (my partner even comments on it) and disappears when you spray it onto damp hair (there is no sticky residue like with some rival products). Once my hair is blow dried you wouldn't know it had ever been used (well, apart from the fact my hair is shiny and protected!)

At around £4 for a product that I use daily and which lasts absolutely ages, I think it represents fantastic value and can't fault it.

Summary: A fab product that lasts ages and is great value for money.
