As I straighten my hair everyday, I am very cautious to how much damage I am causing my hair and try to protect my hair whenever I can. I used to use one of avons heat defence spray until I discovered tresemme!

Tresemme heat defence styling spray is amazing, and in my opinion is the best heat defence spray you can buy! Over the years I have tried various heat defence sprays and I can honestly say nothing works as good as this one!

You can pick up Tresemme heat defence styling spray for a bout £3.99 for a 300ml spray bottle. I did feel the price was a bit too much to pay at first but I did expect it would be high as after all it is a quality brand name. However, after trying the spray I soon discovered it is well worth the money! As I straighten my hair everyday I use a fair amount of this heat spray, on average a bottle will last me 3 months. After I sprayed the spray on my hair, it didn't become lank or have a greasy look on my hair, it felt more silky smooth and felt as though my hair was protected from the heat. I could actually feel that my hair was protected and didn't have to worry about using my straighteners too much or too often! I was also worried if I sprayed too much on my hair it would become greasy and weighed down, but this never happened!

However I did find about after a month of using it the spray nozzle became clogged up, however I simply removed it from the bottle and soaked it in hot water and spray it with the hot water and it became brand new.

I'd advise everyone to try this product and tell them not to be put off by the price as it is well worth buying in the end! It made my hair feel soft and shinny whilst protected at the same time, and it didn't make my hair look greasy at all!

Summary: Well worth the price, i would advise everyone to buy this product!
