A huge fan of this almost industrial sized bottle, this product is by far one of my favorite conditioners. In an opaque, white bottle with a black cap, it alludes to the claim that it's of 'salon' and 'professional' quality. Not as sweetly scented as other conditioners, neither having that harsh chemical smell, it promises smooth and silky hair.

My biggest criticism of this product is that personally, after the first few conditioning sessions, I find it intensely difficult to squeeze the thick, white formula out of the bottle. Meaning I quickly have to cut the bottle in half and store it in separate containers so I can easily scoop out the quantity I need. While it's not a problem, it is quite annoying when you're already in the shower and have to traipse around looking for kitchen scissors to cut the thin plastic. It may just be that I have weak wrists, but due to the roundness and texture of the bottle I find it so hard to grip!

While the product doesn't recommend any set time, I tend to leave it on my hair after massaging it in from the tips to the roots for the five minutes or so it takes me to do other bathroom stuff. Then I rinse. I have found the length of time you leave it on seems to make little difference, two minutes really does seem to be sufficient.

While it leaves your hair soft, it doesn't deliver the silky, salon finish the bottle makes you envisage. It certainly makes hair more manageable, but you don't get that kind of high gloss effect the adverts portray without a couple of other products thrown on top.

Overall it's a really good conditioner, excellent value for money. It's just a shame it doesn't deliver all of it's promises.
