Tresemme Shampoo is great it leaves your hair silky and shiny, it’s also gentle on your pocket. The advert says it's Salon quality Shampoo and it is, you feel like you get the same clean feeling you get after being to the hairdressers. I started using my bottle on Christmas day and its almost empty now, with two of us using it everyday; it’s lasted very well.

I had seen the adverts on TV for quite a while before deciding to buy a bottle, I'm not easily Influenced by Adverts. When seeing it for the 1st time in the Supermarket it doesn’t look like something you want to rush out and buy, it doesn't exactly jump off the self. It comes in a large black bottle with white writing; bottle size is 900ml and cost about £3.99. So you can understand why I walked past it a few times without buying.

I decided to give it a go on a whim, it was twice the size of my usual shampoo and a pound or two cheaper (in fact my other one was over £4 for 250ml, so I though worth a try, and I’m glad I did. I have long fine hair, that is dry and prone to split ends so a good shampoo is very important to me, a bad shampoo could cause a lot of damage. I won’t go back to my old shampoo now. It’s saved me money and my hair is in great condition.

Now about the product its self, it is colourless and quite thick (I hate a shampoo that’s so runny it runs through your fingers), with a pleasant smell, a very faint Appley aroma. Its pleasant to use, lathers up well and rinses out easily, you also don't need to use much (another money saver). As mentioned earlier the bottle is rather large, I find this a bit of a downfall as its quite awkward to hold in the bath/shower and its forever falling off the side of the bath as its too big. Plus the size makes it very impractical for taking it away on holiday.

I also used the Tresemme conditioner, which was in a similar bottle, which was white with black writing, I started this at the same time as the shampoo and there’s still half a bottle left. This is a white creamy product, with the same pleasant smell. Although its not as thick as most of the conditioners I use, it still does a great job.

Both my Husband and myself use this product (I use the shampoo and conditioner, he just uses the shampoo), and we both find it to be a great product. We both have shiny healthy hair, despite daily washing and styling. Its great value with a £3.99 bottle lasting for over 2 months, the conditioner was the same price and will probably last for 4 months. I would recommend this product to anyone. Also look out for Buy One Get One Free Offers at your local supermarket and save even more money.

Great product great value only down side is the size of the bottle.
