“ Brand: Trevor Sorbie / Type: Conditioner „
When it comes to my hair I have an unruly mop. No matter what I buy to try get it to behave itself I still struggle to get it looking nice and even if I do manage that to get it stay looking nice lol.
I do have to use an intensive conditioner about 3 times a week to really deep down nourish my dry hair. Saying that I do have to be careful what I use because I do suffer with greasy roots and need something that although will hydrate my hair won't turn it into a chip pan and that is a hard job in itself believe me!
I spotted this in Boots costing £4.99 a tube and although I'm not keen on Trevor Sorbie products usually I liked the sound of it as it says on the front of the tube that it is specially for coloured treated hair which mine is. I dye it black far too often lol.
150ml clear plastic tube with a flip-top opening to the bottom of it which conceals a small hole. On the front of the tube I am told that it is Trevor Sorbie 'Professional' Colour Preserve Intensive Conditioner 'Unique Protection Complex', Colour. On the back of the tube other information includes being told a bit about the product and directions for use are given, ingredients and the size is stated and contact details for Trevor Sorbie are given. It's a nice easy to use tube which is informative enough.
A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On the Back Of The Tube:

Well on the back of the tube we are told to use this once a week but like I previously mentioned I use this 3 times a week max and my hair doesn't suffer at all by doing this lol.
All you do to use it of course is wash your hair thoroughly first, rinse it then towel dry it well. Then squirt a bit of the light lilac coloured glossy looking conditioner into your hands and distribute it root to tip through your hair. It has a none distinctive light fruity fragrance to it which is perfectly pleasant and very unisex and a little of it goes a very long way indeed. A little bit greasy to help it coat the hair, the hair absorbs it fast and even with this on the hair, hair feels soft and supple.
It rinses out with ease after a few minutes and that is it job done, it's then time to style the hair and get on with your day!
I really like this conditioning treatment. Easy to use, with a light fragrance that lingers on the hair for a good few hours, it gently hydrates my hair and makes it feel smooth from root to tip without weighing it down at all! It enhances my colour and gives a nice glossy sheen thus making it appear more supple and healthy!
With regular use my hair is a lot more manageable and not as coarse as it was prior to using it and hair really is a lot more shiny as well, even when I haven't used this. I guess my hair is just more conditioned in general and alot more healthier.
For once Trevor Sorbie has come up with product that really measures up and is really aimed at hair that is colour treated and heat damaged like mine. It's a pleasure to use it and you don't need very much of it at that making this a very economical product too! Nice one Trev I say!
I purchased my tube in Boots costing £4.99 but it available in all good chemists and of course online!
