I have a bit of a thing for trying lots of different shampoos at the moment, so when I had the chance to get a free trial size of this shampoo I jumped at the chance. I have never tried any Trevor Sorbie products before, so I didn't know what to expect, or even if I would like it. I tried this for the first time this weekend, and a few times since so I have made sure I have used it enough to give it a fair review. This is one of the growing trend of designer hair care products on the market at the moment. Trevor Sorbie is a famour hairdresser who has a salon in Convent Garden, London, and a vast range of hair care products. He was awarded British Hairdresser ... Read the complete review

What is it with me and smellies? All I have asked for at Christmas is products to pamper myself silly with! After reading a review on this product, I got so excited at the thought of trying a new shampoo on my hair so I rushed onto the Boots website, and ordered myself this shampoo in a miniature bottle that cost only £1.59. WHO IS TREVOR SORBIE? ------ Trevor Sorbie is a male hairdresser who began cutting hair at the age of just 14. It wasn't long before he was a stylist for Vidal Sassoon and then working for Toni & Guy and John Frieda. He opened his first salon in 1979 and launched a hair care range in 1986 which is still going strong to ... Read the complete review

When I am not buying haircare products for myself it seems others buy me haircare products as presents. I recently received Trevor Sorbie Straightening Addict Shampoo as a part of a present from my sister in law (to be). I was hopeful that this was a good product as this was a present from a hairdresser. ***Packaging*** This product is part of the Trevor Sorbie hair care range which is aimed at straight hair and called "Straightening Addict". Therefore what is instantly noticeable on the packaging is that STRAIGHT is written in large font on the front of the bottle. The product comes in a clear plastic cylinder shaped bottle ... I bought this product from Boots when it was on special three for two and I love it. I bought it along with the Straightening Addict conditioner and heat protection spray. The shampoo comes in a 250ml clear frosted plastic bottle. The shampoo itself is pink. This is the ideal preparation for healthy looking, sleek, super straight hair. The replenishing formula gently cleanses and helps protect heat-damaged hair, creating soft and silky hair with superb shine. The shampoo leaves a lovely fruity fresh smell right up until the next wash. Prices vary from shop to shop but it is normally approx £4.50 but it can be bought ... Read the complete review

I bought this from Boots as part of a set (with the conditoner, serum and heat protection spray) thinking it would be great as Trevor Sorbie is a well known hairdressing brand. While I loved the 2 styling products, the shampoo and conditioner are somewhat lacking. As this review is about the shampoo, I am going to stay on topic here though. Right well the bottle...it is a 200ml transparent frosted bottle with pink and red detailing on it and red and grey lettering. The lid slopes downwards and has the Trevor Sorbie Professional logo printed on in grey. You open it by flipping up the lid and the you squeeze the shampoo out. The shampoo itself is a ...
