From having naturally wavy/curly hair I find it very hard to tame my locks! Since buying a pair of ceramic straightners I've found myself straightning my curls out all the time after washing my hair but I've recently realised that by doing this I'm loosing my curls which makes my hair even harder to look after when I come out of the shower! If I keep on using my straightners after washing my locks, not only will my hair become damaged, I will also loose my curls. Many people with curly hair would think this is super and that is what I thought to begin with but now I realise that I am actually quite gifted! I've been experimenting with the curly look recently so when I saw Umberto Giannini's Curl Friends range I was thrilled- a range of products which claims to 'do what they say'. And this 'super rich conditioner' claims to give you 'the glossiest frizz-free curls and waves' whether your hair is naturally curly or straight. For a mere conditioner that seems like a pretty big claim but being the advertisers' dream that I am, I stocked up on this, filled with naïve gullibility. My hair is a bit of an obsession as is cutting back my outgoings so recently I have been trying out lots of high street hair shampoos and conditioners. I stumbled across this Umberto Gianni Curl Friends Conditioner by accident. I work in the music industry and travel quite a bit whilst some of the artists are on tour so tend to live out of a suitcase for so many days each week.
