Advantages: Really does hydrate your hair

Disadvantages: A bit pricy

This product is meant to be applied evenly to dry hair and kept in overnight in order to hydrate and repair hair. This is really as far ass the instructions for using this product go. However I use it just after I've taken a shower and dried my hair because at that point it is very, very dry and leave it in all day. This helps my hair look more tamed and shiny as well as steadily making it smoother and more hydrated.

There is however a fine line between using enough of this product to make your hair smooth and allowing it to get rapidly greasy overnight. I find that a pea sized amount is just about enough, otherwise you will have to wash out your hair the next morning which defeats the point of its apparently 'no rinse formula'. However I have thin, short shoulder length hair so depending on the length and volume of your hair you may have to experiment with what is best for you.

You can buy this product from boots at £1.56 for 50ml and £4.88 for 150ml, which is a bit pricy but well worth it for those with dry coarse hair. And as you don't really need to use a lot of it at once, it does last for quite some time.

Summary: A good buy if you use it sparingly
