Advantages: My treatment was administered under expert tuition and was affordable to my low income

Disadvantages: The only one I can think of is I didn't like the music but that's a matter of taste anyway

As this was my first experience at a hairdressing school ( I'd booked a tint) I was apprehensive to say the least and imagined coming out with a shade of hair that pleased the student but not me; however I was felt immediately reassured when I was allocated to a very nice 40 something lady called Helen.
Helen asked me what sort of tint I had in mind and I explained that after years of DIY hair tinting I felt my hair was too yellow/brassy in parts and needed colour correcting. Helen called over the tutor (drop dead gorgeous Amber) who proceeded to rattle off everything that I had been thinking and feeling about my hair for years and what had to be done to correct the uneven tones and give me the colour that suited me. It was clear to me that Amber was very experienced in her field, she asked relevant and detailed questions and listened to my answers. Under Amber's guidance Helen proceeded to work on my hair for the following 2 and a half hours. I was and am over the moon with end result and have had numerous compliments at work this morning about the colour and condition of my hair. In six weeks time I will happily fork out the £17.50 it cost to transform my hair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Vidal Sassoon school in Davies Mews
