Ok people, how do you feel about answering the following questions... Going anywhere nice on your holidays? Started your Christmas shopping yet? Been to any good clubs lately? Etc etc!! If like me you detest the cheesy chat of the average hairdresser, you need the Wahl home haircutter. DISCLAIMER: I myself, being female and fussy, do of course go to a top Edinburgh chopper's, where I endure all that chat and more. I get a shiatsu massage, full head highlights and I come out feeling great - and about ninety quid poorer. This op pertains to my lovely bloke, and my experiences of cutting HIS hair. Right then. How ...  Read the complete review

Do you spend a fortune going to the hairdressers, just to have a trim? Well i bought a Wahl multi home haircutting kit, for my dad. It came supplied with 8 comb attachments for cutting your hair to your desired length and 2 combs for cutting neatly around your ears. It is also supplied with a cape, scissors and an instructional video showing you how to achieve the best hair cutting results. This hair cutting kit is perfect for cutting your own hair, you do not need a helper. It doesn't catch on your skin, like some of the cheaper haircutters can, and you can also use it on your dog, if you wish, I've saved a lot of money by ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Wahl Multi Home Haircutting Kit: A snip at half the price (464 words)

I bought a haircutting kit after my husband took my son to the hairdressers for his first haircut at the age of 2. It cost £4.50 for my son and £7.50 for my husband. I thought this was way too much(well, I am a penny pincher). The hair cutting kit only cost me £20 from Argos. The kit comprises of an easy to use blade control clipper with 6 attachment comb guides in 3,6,9,12,19 and 25mm lengths. A comb and very sharp hair cutting scissors, also a cleaning brush, blade oil and an instruction video. The video is very clear and easy to follow. The comb guides just slot over the blades then you just turn it on and off you go. The clippers slide very easily ...  Read the complete review

We have been going through a really stressful time and my husband, who has always had 'high' hair came into the room one evening having totally shaved it all off! I found it hard for a while to get used to such a small head, it was like he had taken a helmet off. The beauty of the Wahl set is you can use it any time, by yourself or get someone else to use it one you, the result will be the same. I have a son with learning disabilities but even he can take the Wahl, put on the number 2 and run it over his head without any risk of hurting himself. The kit comes with the cutter and a few attachments to give you either a very close or not ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Wahl Multi Home Haircutting Kit: A cut above the rest (191 words)

I couldn't believe it when the local hairdressers charged £7.50 to cut hubby's hair, I mean it was hardly a restyle and was over in about 6 seconds flat!! So, we bought the Wahl hair cutter machine and haven't paid for a hair cut for him since. A quick number 1 (ew er Mrs) over the bath before his shower and he's always well groomed and ready to meet the world. The machine itself is very easy to use. Just pop off the plastic safety cover and pop on one of the attachments, which give either a longer, shorter or shorter still cut. Or you can use just the razor which is a close shave. It is very safe to use and easy to clean, and ...  Read the complete review
