Advantages: Ok if your hair is in good condition

Disadvantages: No good if you have fairly dry hair

Wash and go, not quite. As I have fine hair which is dry from years of colouring and heat treatment it gets extremely tangled during the night (I toss and turn quite a lot) I need a product that will restore the moisture lost during the day so it is smooth enough to get a brush through it. I tried this several years ago when it first came out and have tried it since and there really has been no improvement with the product.
I need a separate conditioner Wash and Go just doesn't cut it, I can't tell that there has been any conditioner on my hair as after using this product I could not get a brush through my hair and trust me I need to do this quickly in the morning as no matter what time I get up I only ever get to work just in time!
Yes my hair was clean so I guess if your hair is in good condition anyway it will be the perfect product for saving time. However, if you are like me you need a lot of thick conditioner to ensure you hair is silky smooth and manageable then this is not the product for you.

Summary: No good for me
