Having naturally very coarce hair and dying it a very light shade of blond for the last 12 years aswell as perming my hair has realy taken its toll on my lovely long locks, i needed a realy good conditioner to put my hair back to looking good rather than a frizzy mess due to the split ends as they are refered to except mine wasnt just at the ends, I saw this reduced on an internet site and it advertised that it was for hair just like mine that had been severely lightened and realy abused so i thought i would give it a go, the stuff isnt cheap though and retails at around £15 a tub but works fantastically, It contains lypids that penetrate deep into the hair rather than just coating the exterior of the hair so locks in more moisture to repair the hair.
The cream comes in a plastic pot with a screw off lid, inside the lid is a protective plastic cap to stop it spilling out if tipped up but i dont think it would have done anyway due to how thick the cream is, I like the fact it is in a pot as this creates less wastage of the product than in a bottle as you never end up with too much and can scrape the pot at the end so there is no waste.

To use this you first need to wash your hair and then apply to your hair, leave it on for at least 5 minutes or use heat to make it work better, i usually wrap clingfilm around my head and put a hair towel over it to trap the heat wholst it is on my hair, rinsing is a little difficult as it is very thick but leaves your hair feeling silky smooth and in excelent condition.

Once dry it removed a lot of the frizzyness from my hair and left it very managable and in great condition, you are supposed to use this every time you wash your hair but i have found that i only need to use it once a week to keep my hair looking great.

for damaged hair like mine it is well worth the money.
