Product: Babyliss Ultra Shine 2000 Watts Hair Dryer
A few months back my old hairdryer died therefore forcing me to go out to buy a replacement. I wasn't looking for anything specific, as long as it didn't frazzle my hair and did actually dry it then I wasn't too fussed on the make or model of the hair dryer.
After a lot of browsing I ending up purchasing the Babyliss Ultra Shine 2000 Watts Hair Dryer from Argos, it was on special offer at just £14.99.
The hair dryer comes nicely packaged and also comes complete with a 3 year guarantee. The hair dryer is very sleek looking, black and very shiny. The Babyliss logo is printed in small white lettering at the side of the hairdryer. The hair dryer is lightweight therefore isn't heavy at all which equals no more aching arms for me.
The hair dryer also comes with a detachable nozzle and also has 2 speed and 3 variable temperature settings therefore enabling you to have complete control for your hairs needs. As the Hairdryer is a powerful 2000 watts my hair dries speedily, there's also a cool shot to help set your style which I tend to use.
The Hairdryer has Ionic conditioning which locks in moisture to keep hair healthy and frizz free. The ceramic coating adds shine and protects hair from any heat damage. As the hair dryer as a DC motor this can be used for every day drying without damaging your hair.
The hair dryer is extremely easy to use, there is a 1.8m cord which enables me to dry my hair with ease, there is also a hanging loop for easy storage. This doesn't make too much of a noise compared to my last ones which is a huge bonus for me.
Once I've dried my hair my hair feels extremely smooth, very soft and manageable.
A great price for a great product, a definite recommendation from me.

My reliable hairdryer died on us recently and I had to buy a new one. I didn't have any requirements really except it had to be light weight as my wrists are quite weak. My husband brought this one back from a shopping trip with this one. He said it was on offer and was marked down to £20.
It is light weight which is good, it takes me about 10 minutes to dry my hair so I have to be able to hold it for that amount of time without getting uncomfortable. It has quit a narrow handle which is comfortable to hold. All of the buttons are away from where your hand is so you won't press a button by mistake when using this.
I think it looks quite stylish as it's black and shiny and quite narrow. It has a narrow end piece which helps to get your hair smooth and shiny as it concentrates the air better. You can pull this off and use it without if you wish but I've never done so.
The lead is really good and long, my last one wouldn't stretch very far- wouldn't even go the full width of the bed but this one is longer which is more practical.
It is 2000 watts so it dries quite quickly. It doesn't sound like it should though as it only makes a quiet noise compared to my old one but this doesn't mean it's not blasting away! It definitely dries my hair faster which is deceptive seeing as it sounds so quiet.
It has different temperature settings which is good, I use the cooler one when drying my grandchildren's hair so that it isn't as hot as sometimes it can burn a little if you leave it on one place for a while.
I think this is really a very good hair dryer and £20 is a good price to pay, I'm not sure what it was at full price but I would quite happily pay up to £40 for it.
It is a very easy to use hairdryer which dries hair quickly and without creating lots of noise. I really rate it.
