THE BASICS Advertised as a hair dryer than dries your hair in the same amount of time as a conventional model, but using 50% less energy this is Boots latest attempt to tap into the Eco market. Given that your average hairdryer, used for five minutes a day, uses the same amount of energy in a year as lighting your entire house, this seems a sound move! ***Why I bought this hair dryer?*** Well first of all the hair dryer had over 50% off the price so my eyes quickly shot over to look at it. I picked it up and thought I quite liked the thought of trying to be eco friendly. But I thought I have quite long hair and I don't want a hair dryer that isn't as powerful as a regular one.
