My daughter is a big hello kitty fan, and is forever looking on Ebay for things, she came across this for £14.98 plus £3.50 for postage and packing, so she eventually talked me into getting it for her. To be honest I have my own hair drier so did not want to splash out on her one too, but it was pretty cheap and it was something she really wanted.

The hairdrier came within 3 days and my daughter was so excited when she got it, that she had to go straight in the bath to wash her hair just so she could try it out. Once she had towel dried her hair, she got out her hairdrier to give it a try. On taking it out of the box, the hairdrier was white in colour, and it was pretty light to hold, which I found really good as it is a hair drier for children, and no way was my daughter going to let me dry her hair for her. She had to be the first to use it.

The hair drier is 2000w, so I was wondering how well and quick it would dry her hair, as her hair is quite long and thick and normally takes me a while to dry it. The drier has 2 different heat/speed settings that can be changed quite easily by pushing up the on button, to go to the next setting you just push up the switch to the top, then back down again for the first setting, and all the way to the bottom to turn it off. It also has a cool button, which you just push in and it will blow cold air out instead, I find that useful if the drier starts getting too hot on the head.

The noise level of the drier was just the same as any other drier, not too noisy but you still can not hear the television over it. The hair drier did dry her hair pretty well, and took the same amount of time for her to dry it as it does with my own 2200w drier, so I felt that this was really good as it is 200w less than my own.
My daughter does love her new drier and it does work really well, so far there has been no problems with it, but in case it does you do get a 3 year guarantee with it, so you know that you are covered if there are any problems. For the price I paid I feel I got a bargain, and i would recommend anyone to buy one for their child.
