Taking care of your hair is a necessity and a good hairdryer is invaluable. This is my newest hairdryer that I bought from Boots for £30.99 which is more than I anticipated paying. Trepidation filled me as I first used the product, I was really hoping it was going to live up to its promises. Thankfully, it did and I can assure you that I was really impressed with this and it is certainly worth the money.
Teeming with the latest technology this hairdryer promises to dry your hair quickly without causing too much damage to the hair. Trying to keep hair looking hydrated and sleek whilst blasting it with hot air is a frustrating! This hairdryer uses Ions which are infused in the airflow to keep hair hydrated, thus making it less static and frizz free. These Ions allow the hair to dry but keep the hair from drying out.
Tantalisingly, the hairdryer is exceptionally sleek, with long nose that directs the air flow through the ceramic-Tourmaline grill. This keeps the hot air flow constant and even. Thoughtfully, Remington have built this hairdryer with a 2200 W long life motor so it feels really powerful in your hand. The overall aesthetics of the dryer are pleasing; it is slim, comfortable to hold and light with plentiful 3M long cable.
Thunderous is the word I would use to describe the noise of the machine however because it takes hardly any time to dry the hair; it becomes less of a problem.
Thankful am I for buying this product as it has seriously cut down the length of time it takes me to get ready for work! The hairdryer really is one of the most powerful I have experienced. To keep you in control there are three speeds so you can control how fast it dries and there is the all important cool blast button that I use often in the warm weather to try cool off before I slap on my morning make up!
Tools and accessories are also important in a hairdryer decision purchase and with this one you get a volumiser and an air concentrator that directs the flow of air down a 7 mm shoot. This is important if you are trying to get an ultra smooth, sleek look as you can concentrate the air flow over specific sections of hair. To be honest, I just use it on its own as I find the concentrator makes it too flat.
Tiresomely my hair just isn't designed to be curly so the volumiser is also one that lives in the box. This could be useful though, I guess it just depends on your hair type.
Triumphantly, I find the hairdryer dries my hair without leaving it frizzy and for this reason I conclude that the hairdryer is an excellent purchase even for the whopping purchase price. The only real niggle is how loud it sounds and for this I give this product a thumping four out of five!
