... Pure 3 Lady razors, mainly due to their rather 'budget' price. Their appearance did live up to this expectation, so I wasn't overly disappointed, as a result. The handle or 'arm' of the razor is made of sturdy plastic in a bright 'lime' green colour. There is nothing to be found in the way of protective 'grip' on the handle's arm except for some small ridges that appear on its surface. There is no rubber-like material to be found, which is what I have become rather used to from other razor products, but to be fai...more

I will usually purchase a disposable razor from the well known "Gillette" brand, but will occasionally be tempted by other brands, particularly if I notice their razors are on a promotional offer than works out to be a more economical purchase than my usual choice. This is how I came to try out the "Pure 3 Lady" razors from the popular "Bic" brand recently, when I noticed a small pack containing four individual razors was available to purchase for a slightly reduced price. I purchased my pack of razors online, whilst shopping at Asda (www.asda.com) and I believe I paid only around £1.60 for the pack at the time, which saved me ...  Read the complete review

Bic Pure 3 Lady Razor (1088 words)

Since moving into our house I do not think I have ever brought myself a razor to shave my legs with, and tended to borrow Marks, much to his disgust and complaints about blunting it. This was until recently when he decided he would like an I Stubble which I brought him for Christmas, this meant no more borrowing his razor and I had to actually buy my own. A lot of razors are quite over priced I feel, after all, all I want it to do is make my legs smooth. I recently needed to buy a new razor as mine was becoming a little bit blunt, after looking around my local Superdrug it seemed the cheapest ones were Bic, those orangy yellow ones which I always think are ...  Read the complete review

I'm always on the lookout for a beauty bargain and razors are an essential item that I always have to have in stock. Hair removal is a tedious process but shaving is relatively pain- and fuss-free and is my preferred method. I tend to use disposable razors as the replacement blade heads seem very expensive, and I haven't quite worked out the point of using an electric razor. For best results, you should also use a shaving gel or foam and then moisturise afterwards. I picked these up from Boots for the simple factor of they were the cheapest option available. It costs £1.97 for a pack of 4 razors, so that's under 50p per razor. The razor itself is has a ...  Read the complete review

I used to use razors such as Gilette Venus but found that the blades needed replacing as often as a disposable razor anyway and cost a lot more so went back to disposables. I tried some other Bic ones at first (the pastel coloured ones with the single blade) but didn't have much luck with them so I picked up a pack of these razors. They are lime green plastic with a triple blade and come in packs of 4 razors. They turned out to be the best disposable razors I have tried as they remove hair easily with no need to go other the same patch again and again. They also must be shaped quite well as I've found they don't nick my skin like a lot of other razors have ...  Read the complete review
