I've used lots of different types of wax and I used to use elegant touch all the time. I really like the brand and a lot of their other products. After breaking my brand loyalty Afew times and trying out other options for wax, I have found, although they are pretty good there is better options on the market.
First of all the price is what enticed me originally. It's pretty affordable to buy. I think I e bought it in palaces like body care in the past for as little as £1-2. That's pretty good going for hair removal that lasts as long as wax. I use te wax primarily for my bikini line and cut up the strips to accommodate the size of the area I'm waxing which means it lasts a really long time too, even for the price.
If you do need to cut up the strips it can get a little messy. There are a couple of wax wipes in the box which helps clean the mess but there are only 2 which means once they're gone you're on your own cleaning up the waxy mess!
When you're using the wax, you tend to have to re wax the same area Afew times to get rid of all the hair which can be annoying and also leave your skin red and soar. I found with other brands, just once or twice in the same area is more than enough to get rid of all the hair you need to.
I also found that in comparison to other brands, this wax is quite painful. Obviously pain is expected with wax and I didn't question it while I was only using this brand but after using Afew other brands I noticed that some other options really minimise the pain which I (and I'm assuming many other people) prefer a lot!
Overall it is a good product and if you need to grab some wax on a budget I would recommend it. I think that I would recommend an investment in a more expensive and higher quality product to minimise the pain and save time re waxing the same areas.
