I really hate buying razors they are so expensive and I begrudge paying over and above for them. I always go for a cheap option within reason! I had a horrendous experience with some Bic super cheap razors so I tend to err on the side of caution. I cam across these razors in Tesco as they were on offer 2 for 1. A packet of four razors costs £3.56 so 8 for this price was a real bargain.

The razors come in a plastic packet. The front of the packet informs you that the razors have 3 blades. On the back of the packet it advises you that the blades have a lubricating strip which moisturises your skin and enables the blade to glide smoothly over your skin and also that the blades have a pivoting head to enable them to adjust to the curves of your body to enable a better shave.

When I took one of these razors from the packet I was plesantly suprised, they look much like the premium Venus blades. The razors are pink in colour and they have a white rubbery handle, this is shaped really well to fit into your hand and the grip ensures the blade doesn't slide when you are using it. When you remove the protective plastic sleeve from the razor you can see the three blades and the pink moisturising strip.

These razors are used in the same way of any other although Gillette do recommend you use them with their shaving gel. I use these to shave my legs and underarms. The razor glides effortlessly over your skin, the moisturising strip however doesn't last very long buyt even when using more costly brands I have found this. I have found in the past if I use cheap razors I tend to find patches on my legs where hairs have been missed or not cut right down to the skin. I was really pleased with the results after using this razors, my legs felt smooth and soft. These razors were also great for shaving my underarms, they removed all hair. I didn't get any cuts or nicks using these razors.

I would definately recommend these, they last a few uses and are good value for the money even when they are not on offer!
