It's fair to say that I am quite a fan of Lush products and over the last couple of years I have slowly converted my partner towards using Lush products. He now uses their shampoos, shaving products and loves their bath bombs also. He really does love nothing better than a gorgeous bath filled with Lush products when he gets home from a long day at the office. It's for this reason that we keep ending up with half used pots of things as each time we go in store he ends up getting talked in to trying whatever new products they've got aimed towards men. It's not really a problem though as it means I'm never short of extra products to try if mine are running a little bit ... Read the complete review

I'll be the first to admit that when I receive something with a Lush label on it I am less than enthralled about it, but in recent months I've had a few bits and pieces and with this particular product am liking them a little more. What is it? ======== As the name implies it's a product for shaving. It has the consistency of a body butter, kind of melting with water but without such a greasy sensation or such rapid skin absorption. Does it work? ========== I struggle to find shaving products that don't cause problems with my skin, I usually end up sticking with a few favourites that are tried and tested. This product, whilst not ... Read the complete review

I love all things Lush and Shave The Planet shaving cream is no exception! The cream comes in 2 sizes, there is the 100g pot which costs £5.60 and the 250g pot which costs £11.10. At the prices it needs to be a good product right! Luckily ( for me ) I purchased mine very cheaply from someone who had been given a pot as a gift but did not want to use it, she sold me a 250g pot at the bargain price of a fiver! The cream comes in one of the black pots which Lush uses for many of its products such as hand cream, moisturiser, fask mask etc... it is just a black plastic pot with a scre on lid. The pot has a black label and on the ... Read the complete review

"Lord, I could not endure a husband with a beard on his face!" (Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare) ********************************* My mother is of the same opinion as Beatrice when it comes to the subject of shaving, so my dad always tried to ensure his chin was as smooth as a baby's bottom! I stayed with my mum during the recent festivities. We were getting ready to go to my sister's New Year's Eve party, when I said to her, "I don't think I'll bother shaving tonight." I received 'the look', head bowed, eyes boring into me, lips pursed, one ... Read the complete review

It's weird how life works out sometimes. Just the other night I was clicking around here on dooyoo and a review came up for a couple of the Lush shaving products. "ooh", I thought to myself, "I didn't know that lush did men's stuff..." - I made a mental note to try and find out more...I've always been a fan of their soaps and often give their gift boxes to my gf for her Christmas and birthday presents...They're a brand I trust. Anyway, like most things I make a mental note to do something about - I promptly forgot all about it. Until the next day, when I met the gf's sister at the pub to watch the footy - and, as a belated ... Read the complete review
