This is without a doubt, the strangest looking hair tool that I have ever used, but it is also one of the best.
The Enrapture Jumbo Waver is plugged in and then the little switch on the handle flicked from 0 to 1 to turn it on.
Once on, you can control the temperature via a little dial, also on the handle. I find that a medium heat is enough to achieve perfect waves. I like how you can control the temperature because the less heat, the less damage you are inflicting on your hair.
The waver heats up in seconds.
Once ready, you start at the roots, simply squeezing the handle together, holding in place for about five seconds and then moving down the hair repeating until you reach the end.
I like to do my hair in layers, taking most of my hair on top of my head, waving the bottom layers and gradually letting more hair down and repeating.
The waver itself has two round barrels on top which slot into the base when you squeeze the handle. The base is essentially a waved piece of metal with one peak in the center an then two troughs where the barrels fit into when the handles are gripped.
It almost looks like two separate curling wands with a bit sticking in the middle. If you look at a picture of the waver, this will make a lot more sense.
Once I've finishined, I'm left with lovely beach waves. They don't look like brushed out curls, but they don't look crimped. They are true waves and they last all day (in my hair at least) without the need for any hairspray.
The Enrapture Jumbo Wavers can be picked up for around £45.00 on Amazon, although they are a little more expensive at Boots.
I cannot recommend them enough, they are a perfect hair tool and one you need in your life.
