MY EXPERIENCE
At one point GHD's were the only hair straighteners I had ever used my whole life and I used to share them with my mum which was a pain as I didn't have my own which I could take away when I travelled or to at least keep in my room so I didn't have to go downstairs to get them all the time. So one Christmas I asked for my own and got these ones. They were amazing, but unfortunately they suddenly stopped working and kept making a funny noise when i tried to turn them on. We still haven't found anywhere to get them fixed.

WHAT I LOVE
I have naturally really curly hair and it makes it straight and manageable really quick. It also heats up really quick to a really high temperature. I'm not sure what it is exactly but I know its hotter than most others - it comes with a heat proof matt which is helpful since you don't want it to burn your floor!

WHAT I DON'T LOVE SO MUCH
It broke. I'm heartbroken honestly! I'm not saying this will happen to everyone as the GHD's I used before are still going. Also I always feel I need to clean them. And you have to be really careful with them because they get so hot, and they make your hair really hot so be careful not to burn yourself on your own hair!

Overall these straighteners are amazing and I'm gutted mine have broken.
