I have used this when my hair was both long and short. For years I have struggled to figure out a way of drying my hair and styling it at the same time. I have naturally curly but fine hair and have always found it difficult to dry my hair with a traditional hairdryer without it either going frizzy or being completely flat. What made this so different was its ability to give me volume at the roots whilst drying the rest of the length fairly straight. The large size of the brush is great for getting the lift at the roots, and with a bit of hairspray it will stay all day.
