Best hand cream in my collection!

I hate to say how many years ago it was that I first came across this miracle hand cream so I'll just say it was a little while ago.

I did a 2 week tour around Israel. After a swim / float in the Dead Sea I went into a little shop and bought some hand cream (Ahava) made from the salts. I also got some of the hair care products as well. My skin has never felt so pampered in all my life.

After my supply ran dry I went without for a bit until I came across it again one day in a local department store. I must have looked like a kid in a candy shop. Needless to say I bought a ton!

The hand cream came in a 150ml tube, thus easy to fit into a handbag. There is a variety of creams to suit skin types from oily to very dry. Approved for sensitive skin, and dermatologically tested.

The Ahava line is a part of the Dead Sea Laboratories which is an Israeli cosmetics company first set up in 1988. The Dead Sea contains the highest concentration of minerals in the world and such natural elements as magnesium, calcium, iron and has proven regenerative properties. No denying the benefits of natural goodness.

It is said that the Dead Sea is the "largest and richest natural spa on Earth, featuring exceptional, health-enhancing properties", "lowest point on the planet - 410 meters below sea level".

I tend to get very dry skin and the Ahava products help to aid and protect. It's a product I can see working and not just short term. Hours after application my skin still feels soft. I used to get very dry and chapped skin on my hands during the winter but this moisturiser is my little miracle. Now I just need to find somewhere that sells the Ahava foot cream!

The only downside to this cream thus far is finding places that stock it. Whenever I find it I stockpile because I can never be sure when I will find it next.

My last purchase was in T.K.Maxx and the hand cream was priced at £2 so not bad at all for something so brilliant!

      *Update*
It's quite hard to say what this cream smells like as it's not an ordinary lotion but if I had to narrow it down I would say it smells a bit like the ocean, if that makes any sense. The lotion itself is slightly more runny than some I have tried but I think that helps it blend and create that moisture barrier on the skin.
