Advantages: Cleans well.
Disadvantages: Not as much of the lemon smell.
I use a lot of hand wash in my home because I have a lot of grandchildren who come to visit quite a lot. So I do have to buy hand wash more often because in my household we tend to like the hand washes rather than the soap kind. I saw this for a cheap price and so decided to buy it.
It is housed in a plastic bottle which has a pump dispenser, it is a tall bottle and the liquid inside is a nice yellow colour. The pump is quite easy to press down and the liquid dispenses very well indeed.
This liquid has a really faint smell of lemons and isn't a very strong smell. I don't mind it not having such a strong smell but I do think it would be much nicer if it did have a much strong smell. I do like soaps that have a nice smell to them but this one didn't deliver one.
It does lather quite well and does have lots of bubbles. Just a couple of pumps is well enough to give the lather I like to wash my hands. It is fairly creamy in texture but not as creamy as I expected but a fine enough texture to wash the hands. When it comes to rinsing it from my hands, I do find it rinses very easily and in no time at all. Nice if I am in a rush and need to quickly rinse the soap from the hands.
It cleans the hands very well indeed too and leaves them clean. my hands do smell refreshed after using this hand soap. I cannot smell any of the soap on my hands after I have dried them. I don't really mind so much about a lasting smell on my hands but my wife does, she prefers one that has a lasting smell. This one certainly doesn't give the lasting smell.
It is a soap which I have found doesn't irritate the skin of my grandchildren. Their hands have softer skin and this one hasn't caused any rashes or dried their skin. It has left their hands feeling soft but not as soft as a branded wash.
It has a lot of liquid in the bottle being 500ml and it only cost 55p, really cheap price and good value for money if you are struggling to make ends meet. The bottle lasts for around 10 days or so in my household because it is used quite a lot.
I do recommend this wash if you want a wash that washes well but if you are looking for a wash with a lot of fragrance, this one may not be so suitable because it doesn't have much of a fragrance to it. I won't probably buy it again in the future because a nice smelling one is more what we like to wash our hands in my home.
I rate it 4 stars, drop a star because of the amount of smell.
Summary: Cleans well.
